Dr. Freese attended North Dakota State University in Fargo from 1982 - 1986 where he studied Biochemistry and Physics and graduated with a degree in University Studies.

He then attended Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon from 1986-1990 and graduated with a doctor of optometry degree.

In 1993 he moved to Sauk Centre and opened Eyes on Main
 
cora    Cora - Certified Para-Optometric Assistant, CPOC, RHIT

Cora joined our Eyes On Main team in 2008 in the Billing & Coding Department. In 2017 she moved into a full time position and is now in an Optometric Technician role, having passed the Certified Para-Optometric Assistant (CPOA) in 2018.

Cora resides in Sauk Centre with her husband and children. Having 3 boys, they definitely keep her busy. She spends most of her free time in the summer watching their baseball games.

There are multiple roles that Cora has. On the medical side of the practice, she is a scribe and one of the technicians that will complete your pre-testing. She also completes the insurance billing. She is the go to for any claims questions you may have.
 
cora    Riley - Patient Coordinator

Riley started at Eyes on Main in April 2021. She brings 13 years of customer service experience to the team. As one of our Patient Coordinators, Riley will verify your insurance eligibility and benefits as well as schedule any future appointments.

Riley resides in Melrose with her boyfriend and 2 daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing volleyball and shooting hoops with her family.
 
cora    Lexi - Optical Assistant

Lexi joined the Eyes on Main team in 2022. She has been working in customer service since 2018 and has 4 years of patient care experience.

Lexi is currently an Optical Assistant in our optical department, while she works on her Paraoptometric Certification.

Lexi resides right outside of Sauk Centre with her husband. She enjoys hiking, powerlifting, traveling, and spending time with her family.
