We accept most major medical insurance plans including Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Confused about your coverage? Call with your insurance card handy, and we'll look into it for you!
You will need to present your insurance card at each appointment. If your insurance has changed please inform us before your next appointment. If co-payments apply, they will be due upon check in.
If your insurance does not appear on the list, we will be happy to provide you with a signed office receipt for you to personally submit your claim and to assist with any questions you may have. As a provider of these most common insurance and vision benefit programs , we are pleased to process your claims directly to your insurance.

Payment for professional services is expected from patients when services are rendered unless they have a health insurance plan with which our office maintains a contractual relationship. A deposit of 50% is required upon ordering prescription eyewear or contacts. Payment in full is required on all eyewear and contact lenses before it leaves the office, unless other arrangements have been made.
Our office accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks and cash.
